The Dog Inn does not give out or sell personal information of any sort, including email addresses, of any individuals who contact us or who register on our website. We do not share our mailing list with anyone.
Information submitted through the ordering process or enquiry facilities will not be used for mailing purposes without the permission of the customer. However we invite visitors to the website to join our mailing list. We shall remove any names from this list immediately on request.
No credit card information is stored on the server hosting our website. Information is submitted using 128-bit SSL encryption, encrypted on the server and forwarded to us for processing.

This agreement is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations, and those of The Dog Inn, in relation to the fantastic services offered by us through this site.
Viewing of The Dog Inn site itself is free; but when you register for the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement, and you re-affirm that agreement every time you use The Dog Inn services.
English law shall govern each transaction, including (without limitation) all contractual and other relationships, which arise as a result of such sales. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes arising out of any sale.
In return for the excellent service we will give you, we ask that you agree to register for The Dog Inn sales using your correct name, address and any other requested details. You may be asked to enter credit, debit or charge card details. You must ensure that (a) you are fully entitled to use that card at the time when you provide those details to The Dog Inn, and when you use the card, and b) the card has available funds to cover all charges incurred on it in the course of buying from us. If any of the information you enter becomes incorrect or is superseded, then please notify us with the corrected information immediately.
In any event, to register for The Dog Inn services, you must legally be able to enter into contracts for goods and services that you may buy here. Generally, this means that you must be at least 18 years old and of sound mind.
The Dog Inn reserves the right to suspend or terminate any members account which, is, or appears to us in our absolute discretion, to be, in breach of any of the provisions of this agreement.
We will reluctantly have to charge VAT on all goods and services where applicable and the price on the website reflects this. And if you want your purchase to be delivered outside the European Union, you will automatically be responsible for paying all applicable duties.
Descriptions of goods and services included in The Dog Inn site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We do our best to correct errors or omissions as soon as we are aware of them. However, you should know that the colours and appearance of images may vary very slightly from the way they appear on the screen. Also sizes can vary slightly with each production run. If you need to know the precise dimensions of a product, please contact us.
All images are copyright to Kute Fine Art. The Dog Inn have been granted an individual strictly non-transferable Licence, i.e. 'Permission', along with use of the exclusive Master Image Files for personally making an Unlimited Number of individual physical 'PRINTS' (which may be on paper or any other printable surface) and other merchandise to either keep, sell or distribute by way of business.
The Dog Inn have not been granted transfer of ownership of any image copyright, and these remain with Kute Fine Art at all times as proprietary product. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner, whatsoever.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue, business or management time, howsoever caused.
You also agree that the liability of The Dog Inn under this agreement (whether arising in negligence or otherwise), will not under any circumstances exceed the greater of a) £500 or b) an amount equal to the sums paid or payable by you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
In the event of consequential loss, The Dog Inn can only be responsible for the cost of your order.
The Dog Inn shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.
The Dog Inn reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement from time to time, and post a new version on our website. The new version will take effect from the day of posting on the site. Price and availability information are also subject to change without notice.
In the event that any term of this agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid by judicial decree or decision, the remainder of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.
